  Literally the worst customer service EVER. Pull into the drive thru at 9:50pm, granted they close at 10:00pm but as soon as I get to the computer to order they turn off the lights An jump time an close! So I call to speak to someone an she presumes to talk to me like a dog an tell me their clock says it's 10:03 so yeah there closed asked me if I was done speaking before she hangs up on me!

  Will NEVER return to this Hardee's location. I have personally been to this location 5 times. The first 3 times I came through, my food was prepared completely wrong. How you confuse chicken for a burger is beyond me... 4 the time was actually pretty decent. Good food, pretty quick service considering it's made fresh. The 5th time though, was completely unacceptable. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and two cars, including myself, in drive thru. I order a burger and a hot dog and drive around. Roughly five minutes in and noone has even come to the window for the lady in front of me. She understandably gets mad and leaves. I pull up, patiently waiting, and observe. I see not 1, 2, but at least 7 people walk by the window and look at me as they kept walking. Then I look to my right and see a guy in a Hardee's uniform making out with his girlfriend right before he goes in the store, clocks in right in front of me, looks at me, then goes and leans on the counter. By this point well over ten minutes has passed and I decide Hardee's no longer needs my business. Poor excuse for management of this store. Good luck to any future customers.

  Hardee's in general is usually very good. But the one in Loudon has terrible service. And every time I've gone during lunch I've gotten cold food. The food I got for breakfast was hot and fresh.
